CRK 12 KUKA INDUSTRIAL ROBOT WITH PROJECT EQUIPMENT SET FOR DISASSEMBLY

With the “disassembly“ project equipment set, the assembled workpieces are disassembled with the aid of the industrial robot and individual parts assorted into the storage trays provided for this purpose. For example, the storage trays can be selected and targeted for deposit activation by the PLC and the touchpanel connected to the robot via the Profinet.

KR C4 compact control system, RAL 7016:

The KUKA KR C4 compact robot controller is the latest technology for controlling small KUKA robots. With its modern architecture and multiple innovations it is blazing a trail into the future of control technology.

  • Simple planning and project management thanks to splitting of engineering and run-time systems
  • KUKA smartHMI touch-screen control interface with user-friendly operating control
  • Motion Manager for optimised time response with regard to I/O handling
  • Improved route planning thanks to new motion control routines
  • Implementation of safety-related functionality by means of built-in safety PLC system
  • Multicore processor for optimum performance
    • Innovative safety technology for efficient and flexible integration into a plant concept
    • Trail-blazing energy efficiency thanks to minimised consumption and intelligent, software-based stand-by mechanisms
    • 19-inch design
  • The following interfaces are included:
    • KR C4 compact X11 safety interface
    • KR C4 compact X65 extension bus interface
    • KR C4 compact X66 Ethernet interface
  • KUKA.ProfiNet Controller: PROFINET IO is an Ethernet-based communications protocol. Exchange of data is handled using a controller-device model. PROFINET IO uses modern Fast Ethernet technology for its physical data exchange medium. KUKA.ProfiNet Controller/Device 3.2 software is designed for connecting standard inputs and outputs to the PLC system. In addition safety-relevant signals can be transmitted to the client-side safety control system (safety PLC) via ProfiSafe.
  • KUKA.Ethernet KRL 2.2: KUKA.Ethernet KRL makes it possible to exchange data via Ethernet. Reception and transmission of XML/binary data, evaluation using any interpreter, robot control and external system can be implemented in client or server modes.
  • KUKA.WorkVisual: KUKA.WorkVisual provides the offline engineering system for KUKA robot systems controlled by KR C4 controllers. All planning and project management work, such as configuration, programming, optimisation and diagnostics are handled offline by a PC running the KUKA.WorkVisual software.
Simple project generation via drag-and-drop configuration:

    • Uniform user interface for configuration, programming and diagnostics
    • Simple robot programming via built-in program editor
    • Built-in bus diagnostics
  • Accessories:
    • KUKA KR C4 smartPAD: The KUKA smartPAD is a hot-pluggable, wired operating unit (cable length 10 m). Its eight motion buttons or the ergonomic 6D mouse make teach-in procedures intuitive and efficient. A large touch screen, KUKA inline forms and contextual screens make programming quick and easy. KUKA smartPAD can be used to control robots or whole plant installations intuitively and efficiently.
    • SmartPAD holder, RAL 7016: A holder made of powder-coated steel plate equipped with foam runner pads ensure safe and gentle storage of the KUKA smartPAD and its rolled-up wiring.
  • Simple planning and project management.
  • Motion control.
  • object detection and transporting.
  • Robotics learning and training.
